Vendor and Advertising Packages
MEETING VENDOR: Display literature at dinner meetings and/or education programs. NAELA will provide a 6 foot table for display and a verbal acknowledgment of participation by the meeting coordinator. Vendor provides signage and materials. Only vendors may distribute or display literature. The costs are:
- $125/site at annual multi-site site breakfast meeting
- $325/meeting at the NAELA dinner meetings
- $500 Fall Symposium
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES: Advertising space is available in the Massachusetts NAELA News, a substantive newsletter published 6 times per program year (September - June). Publication dates currently correspond with dinner meeting dates, which are typically January or February, late April, early June, early September, late October, and late November. The deadline for advertisements is 10 days prior to the meeting/publication date. Advertisements will be placed on a dedicated advertisers page. The newsletter is distributed to over 550 Chapter members. The costs are:
- Full page: $500/issue 7 1/2" wide x 10" high
- 1/2 page: $300/issue 7 1/2" wide x 5" high
- 1/4 page: $175/issue 3 3/4" wide x 5" high
- Business card: $100/issue 2 1/2" wide x 2" high
